Our monthly snow removal packages offer reliable service all winter long. With options for everything from smaller properties to larger yards and corner lots, you can choose the level of coverage that works for you. We’ll take care of your driveway, paths, sidewalks and steps, with additional areas available depending on your package.

Ideal for light/occasional needs: Snow removal of single or double driveway, 1 city sidewalk, Front path & steps

Service within 24 hours after snowfall
Services provided afternoon or evening after snow has stopped
Includes everything in Basic, plus:
2nd city sidewalk (corner lot), Pathway to back gate or garage
Additional visits billed at $65/hour per person
Best for medium/large properties or corner lots

Unlimited snow removal visits per month
Priority service (within 24 hours after snowfall)

Includes everything in Pkg #1 & #2 plus: Deck blow-off, Garbage pad clearing, Secondary driveway or detached garage

What you need to know
Winter weather can be unpredictable. Your snow removal service shouldn’t be. We’ve kept the process simple, so you know what to expect before the first flakes hit the ground.
Snow removal services are performed from November 1 to March 31.
It is considered a snowfall if it snows at least 2 Millimeters (0.08 inches).
Additional fees are charged for heavy snowfalls to offset the expenses of extra labor required. A fee of $100 is added for any snowfall above 10 inches, labeled as a snowstorm surcharge. In the event of heavy snowfalls, services may be delayed.
Typically, there are three heavy snowfalls per season.
Elite Services provided once snowfall has finished, within 24 hours. If temp reaches -51 with windchill, work stoppages will occur until it warms up enough to continue to work safely.
We do not provide ice melting services
Hauling snow to City Snow Pile is billed hourly at $160/hour and includes the cost of the skidsteer to load the snow and the trailer to haul it.
For commercial properties or obstructed roadways/parking in residential areas: Once the snow pile has reached 5’, you will need to pay for snow hauling services.
Prior to package selection, we will confirm the size of the yard and the specific places that need to be cleaned off
10% discount if all 5 months (Nov - Mar) are paid by Nov 15th
No contract is required but payment needs to be made by the 1st of the month, or no services will be provided. If services are requested, you will be billed at the rate of $65 per hour per person and lose your priority position.
