Position Details:
Type: Full-Time Employee Position [40 hours/week]
Term: 8 months: April 2026 - November 2026
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour days [Mon-Thurs]
Compensation: $18- $20/hour CAD [based on experience]
Start Date: Spring 2026 [TBD]
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Experience: 1 - 2 years preferred
Bonus: Eligibility for our Season-End Reliability Bonus [attendance + performance]
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence [G endorsement required]
Driver’s Abstract will be requested
Able to lift 50+ lbs
References required, include on resume or in cover letter
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Responsible for basic tool care and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit, energetic landscaper to join our installation & maintenance team, starting in April 2026.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
Experience as a tree planter, residential/commercial landscaper, horticulture, or with basic carpentry is considered an asset.
Someone who can work hard, safely and sustainably.
Lives in or near Saskatoon, with their own means of reliable transportation.
Detail-oriented, hardworking and takes pride in high-quality work.
Communicates clearly, follows instructions effectively and efficiently, and asks questions when unsure.
Positive attitude, works well with a team.
Proactive problem solver on job sites.
Enjoys physical work outdoors in all types of weather.
Ability to foresee potential problems onsite and communicate them effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Regularly loading & unloading heavy tools, building materials, mulch, bulk aggregate and soil from truck or trailer.
Daily driving of work truck and trailer in and around Saskatoon.
Regular yard and garden maintenance: mulching, weeding, pruning, maintaining drip irrigation systems.
Courteous professional communication with clients on site.
Yard and garden installation: building raised beds; installing garden edging; loading & unloading heavy building materials from truck and trailer; moving mulch; moving soil; moving bulk aggregate; proper installation of plants according to our company standard (to uphold our warranty); assisting with landscape light installation; assisting with micro irrigation installation; keeping job sites tidy and clean.
Keep job sites, trucks, work trailers, and shop clean, organized and safe.
Following instructions and working efficiently with the team.
Schedule: Expect 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday.
